Clinical One is Joint Commission certified All of Clinical One's candidates undergo rigorous screening to ensure that our clients receive the caliber of professional they demand. Since each of our clients have different needs, this process can be customized at your request.

Clinical One is committed to continually improving our services and providing our clients with healthcare staffing solutions that meet their strict standards. We are proud to announce that all of our divisions have received certification by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations under its Healthcare Staffing Services Certification Program.

Visit the Joint Commission's HCSS certification program page on their website for more information.

Our goal of certification demonstrates to our clients and employees that we are committed to providing and continuously improving the quality of our staffing services. By undergoing this rigorous evaluation, we hope to provide our clients with a greater level of confidence that the processes within Clinical One have met the stringent requirements set by the Joint Commission. Ultimately, our certification will support our clients in their efforts to achieve and maintain their own accreditation and quality standards.

Clinical One has developed a formal performance improvement plan with a goal of continuing to improve upon the service that we provide to our employees and customers. Our Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee meets on a quarterly basis to monitor and evaluate key elements that have been identified as areas for improvement. These performance improvement initiatives include reducing employee terminations/do not return rate for both clinical and non-clinical reasons and improving personnel record compliance with a goal of achieving 100% compliance with Joint Commission standards.

In addition, we are always seeking ways to improve our customer service. Your feedback, provided through customer service surveys, traveler/temp employee evaluations, and assistance with investigations on clinical incidents/complaints is crucial to the success of our Performance Improvement Plan. To that end, we cordially invite you to complete our online customer service survey which is a quick, one page survey encompassing seven questions.
