Our Referral Bonus Program will pay you for every person you refer to Clinical One! Whether they complete a 40-hour per diem shift or 3 month/13 week travel or contract assignment, you can earn a generous referral bonus!

There are just two criteria that make you eligible for a Referral Bonus:

This is your friend's first time working with Clinical One.
Your friend puts your name in the "referred by" section of our travel or per diem application or gives us your name when submitting their resume to our contract or permanent divisions.

It's that simple! Our Referral Bonuses pay out as follows:

Referral to our Travel Division:
Receive a $250 bonus for any healthcare professional you refer or $1,000 for referring your friends in specialty fields where we are experiencing the hottest demand (CVICU, CVOR, Cath Lab, NICU, PICU, Oncology, BMT, Burn Nurse, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy). Once your friend successfully completes a 13-week travel assignment, the check will be in the mail to you! Anyone is eligible to participate in the Refer a Friend Program, whether you are a current employee with Clinical One or just a friend of the firm!
And the more friends you refer, the more chances you have to win great prizes, including a 26" Flat Screen LCD TV for 3 referrals, a laptop computer for 4 referrals, and a trip for two to London for 6 referrals! Credit towards prizes will be given for all referrals who successfully complete their first travel assignment between 1/1/2008 and 1/31/2009.

Referral to our Contract or Permanent Placement Divisions:
A $250 bonus payable upon completion of a 3 month contract assignment or after completion of 90 days at a permanent placement.

Referral to our Per Diem Division:
A $100 bonus payable upon completion of a 40-hour shift.
