Recruitment Specialist

Clinical One's National Healthcare Division is currently seeking sales oriented professionals with 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience to serve as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist in our Austin, Texas; Houston, Texas; and West Springfield, Massachusetts offices.

The ideal candidate must be creative and resourceful with the ability to operate at a high energy level in order to meet aggressive daily productivity metrics (KPI's) which will be rewarded with a lucrative commission plan. Also critical are excellent verbal and written communication skills plus proficiency in identifying and engaging passive candidates that meet the criteria for open client positions and candidate pipeline requirements.

The Healthcare Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the recruitment, placement, and maintenance of healthcare professionals on temporary, temporary-to-permanent and permanent assignments nationwide. As we are a nationwide staffing firm, you must be able to recruit and build strong relationships with candidates entirely over the telephone. Minimal to no travel is required in this position.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strong candidate pipeline through research, networking, direct sourcing, internet mining, and our internal database.
  • Evaluating potential candidates for acceptance into our traveling healthcare program to effectively build, increase, and maintain a qualified candidate pool.
  • Educating potential candidates about our traveling healthcare program and benefits.
  • Selling open assignments (job postings) to candidates based upon client needs.
  • Negotiating and closing responsibilities to include extending an offer to the candidate, negotiating compensation, and obtaining their firm acceptance of the offer.
  • Serving as the primary contact person for the healthcare professional throughout their Clinical One career by troubleshooting, counseling, and problem solving when necessary.
  • Establish effective relationships with candidates to increase future referrals.


Additional Position Requirements:

  • Self-confident and sales driven individual able to successfully work in a highly competitive marketplace
  • Previous healthcare recruiting experience is highly preferred
  • Motivated self-starter with an innate ability to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations
  • Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Effectively balance short term and long term priorities
  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting or sales experience in a professional business environment preferred
  • Prior experience with direct sourcing of candidates from both internal and external resources
  • Bachelors Degree Required – no exceptions

New Business Development Manager

Clinical One's Per Diem Division is currently seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record to serve as a Business Development Manager for the New England region (based in Cranston, RI). The ideal candidate is assertive and driven, and has exceptional communication skills.

As a Clinical One Sales/Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing new business development in the New England area and calling on healthcare facilities in RI, MA. and CT locations. You will focus on selling innovative staffing solutions to decision-makers within healthcare facilities. You must be results oriented, self motivated and driven by both financial and career opportunities.


Position Description:

  • Proactively develop new accounts with a diverse client mix within the health care field (Hospitals, school systems, clinics, physician groups, state and government, insurance companies, correctional facilities, etc.).
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contract terms with new clients.
  • Work directly with recruiters and managers to market candidates that are looking for positions outside of existing accounts to help drive new business.
  • Re-activate "dormant" accounts where Clinical One has previously been a staffing provider.
  • Penetrate new accounts to identify all potential staffing opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct extensive phone screening, selling and face-to-face presentations when necessary. Extensive travel throughout New England.
  • Identify opportunities for additional business lines within the Randstad group of companies.
  • Develop relationships with executive level contacts to promote alternative solutions to client staffing issues (managed services, consolidated invoicing, etc.)
  • Attend client and trade show visits when appropriate and deemed necessary.


Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong communication/phone skills
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships
