What qualifications do I need to meet in order to work with Clinical One?
The following outlines the minimum requirement for a professional to be considered for our travel
program.

| RN |
Minimum two (2) years of current clinical experience as a licensed RN. 1 year of experience will be considered with excellent references and experience. |
| LPN |
Minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience as a licensed LPN. An LPN with an all average rating on their references will not be accepted. All LPN’s must also have at least 2 travel assignments or 6 months of travel experience successfully completed in order to be placed by Clinical One. |
| Radiology, Ultrasound, Radiation Therapist, Nuclear Med Tech (NMT) |
Minimum one year of current work experience after passing exam. |
| PT, PTA, OT, COTA |
If have Masters degree, New Grads can Travel with us. If have BS degree, minimum 6 months of current work experience after passing exam. |
| Nurse Practitioner & Physician’s Assistant |
6 months of experience as an NP/PA. |
| SLP |
Immediately eligible after they have earned their “CCC’s,” that is a Certificate of Clinical Competence offered by ASHA. Every SLP to complete 9 consecutive months of a CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), which is prior to obtaining this certificate. |
| CST, ST, & Central Supply Tech |
Minimum experience requirement for a Surgical Technologist to be considered for placement is 3 years. They must have graduated from an accredited ST program or completed a formal accredited hospital training course to be accepted into Clinical One. “On the job training” is not acceptable. An ST with an all average rating on their references will not be accepted. Must also have at least 2 travel assignments or 6 months of travel experience successfully completed in order to be placed by Clinical One. |
| Dialysis Technician |
Must have passed the national certification exam given by the Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT), leading to the CHT (Certified Hemodialysis Technician) designation. Must have 2 years of experience. |
| Respiratory Therapist |
Must have 1 yr of current work experience after passing exam. An RT with an all average rating on their references will not be accepted. |
| Phlebotomist |
Must have 1 yr of current work experience to be referenced. |
How do I get started with Clinical One?
The first step to get started and have your file submitted for future jobs is to submit a resume or complete our
online application. You can email your resume to
recnet@clinicalone.com or call 800-919-9100 to speak to a Recruitment Specialist. Once your application has been received and reviewed and you are accepted into our program, we will send you an acceptance letter and a package of information to get started.
How long does the process take?
Once we have received and processed your application, we're ready when you are! It's really up to you how quickly you want to start an assignment.
What is the average length of an assignment?
Contract lengths start at as few as 4 weeks and can be as long as one year or more based upon the needs of our clients and the candidates work availability. Many of our positions have the opportunity to go perm at the end of the assignment.
What are your salaries?
Clinical One offers competitive pay rates for all professions and will vary based on your specialty, experience and assignment location. Please contact a Recruitment Specialist for more information on pay rates in the cities you are interested in.
Are the contracts full-time or part-time?
Clinical One has both full-time and part-time contracts available. You can work as much, or as little as you want! There is no minimum requirement.

Yes! You become eligible after completing 1000 hours of service in 2, 3, or 4 consecutive calendar quarters. Rollovers from other qualified plans are accepted from day one of employment with Clinical One.

Payroll FAQs
How often will I be paid?
Clinical One employees are paid weekly and can enroll in direct deposit or have your pay deposited onto a pay card for immediate access to your money.
Does Clinical One pay employer-related taxes?
Yes, Clinical One will deduct Federal, FICA, and any applicable state and local withholding taxes from your paycheck.
