Healthcare Traveler Announces It’s Annual Healthcare Traveler of the Year and Recruiter of the Year

Wakefield, MA - Clinical One is please to announce that nurse traveler, Donna M. Thompson, RN and placement specialist, Alison Hruska were among those awarded Healthcare “Traveler of the Year” and “Recruiter of Year,” respectively, by Healthcare Traveler.

Every year Healthcare Traveler recognizes an extraordinary group of nurses and allied health professionals who are selected as Travelers of the Year by their company representatives. In addition, the publication also recognizes the recruiters who play a significant role in not only helping to place these traveling nurses, but also in helping them to establish their professional goals.

This year, Donna Thompson, RN was nominated by Amanda Belloff who said, "I would like to nominate Donna as she is a genuine professional in every sense. Her caring demeanor and solid work ethic make her a favorite among her colleagues and our company. We thank her for dedication and her hard work throughout the past 4 years and look forward to having her on our team for years to come!"

Donna has worked more than twenty assignments for Clinical One in her four plus years with the company. In addition to being honored in the November issue of Healthcare Traveler, Donna Thompson will receive a crystal award and certificate.

Clinical One’s Alison Hruska was nominated for this year’s Healthcare Traveler’s 2005 “Recruiter of the Year” distinction. Alison has been a Placement Specialist with Clinical One for 2 years. She has been a wonderful asset to the Clinical One Recruitment team. Her knowledge and experience has helped her gain the respect of her peers as well as many accolades from her travelers. She always is willing to go the extra mile for her people and it shows.
