Clinical One is able to place Canadian healthcare professionals listed in the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (RN's, PT's, OT's) in travel or permanent positions in the United States by sponsoring them for a TN Visa. We will guide you through the relatively simple TN Visa process and provide you with the paperwork necessary to present to immigration when you enter the United States on the way to your position.

• Eligible Professions: Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists
• Basic Requirements: Must be a Canadian Citizen and hold a current professional license (Canadian or U.S.) and a VisaScreen certificate. For more information on Licensing Requirements click here.
• Cost: $56.00 Filing Fee
• Processing Time: Same day processing (typically less than one hour). This means you can apply at the immigration office at the U.S. border on the way to your confirmed position.
• TN Visa Length: One Year. Can be renewed. For a checklist for securing a TN Visa click here.
• A Social Security Number is required to get paid in the U.S. and some states require one in order to get a license issued. The toll free number to the Social Security office is 800-772-1213 or you can visit them online at www.ssa.gov.
