Free, Private Housing
Have no worries about roommates! Every Allied Health traveler receives a free, private, FULLY furnished one-bedroom apartment, including linens, dishes, microwave, and TV - as well as paid security deposits & basic utilities with EVERY assignment.

Housing Subsidy
Don't need an apartment? We'll give you a monthly stipend in lieu of a free apartment.

Free Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, from day 1
Clinical One offers every traveler a choice of 3 CIGNA medical plans plus a Dental and Vision plan, which are group health plans with eligibility the first day of fulltime employment, or you can waive health insurance and receive an extra $1 an hour for your entire assignment.

Free Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Also through CIGNA, by working for Clinical One you automatically receive a Standard Life Benefit of $25,000 with an additional $25,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage that starts on your first day of employment.

Travel Reimbursement

Free License or Certification Reimbursement

Referral Bonuses
For everyone you refer to Clinical One you will receive a $250 referral bonus! All a traveler must do is list your name in the "referred by" section of our application and complete their first assignment successfully. It's that simple!

Direct Deposit, Pay Cards & Weekly Pay
Being on the road means you can't always make it to the bank on pay day. Clinical One offers a number of options to receive your pay weekly! Pay Cards allow you to access your paycheck at ATM's, retail locations, and anywhere else that a password based debit card is accepted, and funds are available the same day payroll is run. With Direct Deposit, your pay is guaranteed in your account every Friday!
