How does a Managed Service work?
Clinical One works with you to design a program that best suits the unique needs of your company. Together, we customize our web-based Vendor Management System (VMS) so that your hiring managers or staffing office employees have a very easy to use and effective way to manage the process of hiring agency employees.
What agencies will I use?
You choose the agencies that you want use. Clinical One will work with you to determine the optimal number of agencies needed to support your organization. Once those agencies have been selected, Clinical One will manage the contract process for you, assist in determining rates, and implement quality standards and protocols. In addition, Clinical One will track agency metrics and provide detailed performance reviews on the supplier community on a regular basis.
How much does it cost?
Nothing! The Clinical One-Managed Service program is a supplier-funded model requiring no financial investment or management fees. Your suppliers support the program by paying a very small administrative fee on the hourly bill rate for services.
What are the benefits to using Clinical One-Managed Services?
The benefits to using this program are numerous. In addition to making the process of using agencies easier and more efficient, Clinical One is able to provide 5-15% cost savings in your overall agency spending. By creating a centralized process, other benefits you will realize include: higher fill rates, reduced administrative burden, robust management reporting, higher quality agency staff, and much more.
What are the benefits to the agencies?
Staffing agencies that participate in the program have the benefit of an easy-to-use desktop application that allows them to submit candidates to all open positions in a streamlined and efficient process. Additional benefits include reduced time to fill positions, quicker payment, paperless invoicing, management reporting, automated time carding, and much more.
How long does it take to implement the program?
Depending on the size and scope of the program, implementation can take anywhere from 30-60 days. Once both parties agree to implement, Clinical One and GMS dispatch a team of analysts and implementation professionals that work on-site to design the program to meet the specific, unique needs of your organization.
Can I see how this works?
Yes! Clinical One would like to show you a web demonstration on the Managed Services program. This can be done in the comfort of your office through any high speed internet connection.
