To that end, we encourage you to notify the management of Clinical One with complaints regarding the service you have received from either Clinical One or the facility to which you were assigned by filling out the complaint form below. Any employee who chooses to file a complaint will not be subjected to any retaliatory disciplinary action, coercion or retribution for voicing their concerns. At any point in time, should you have concerns regarding patient safety or the quality of care provided by a facility or a complaint about Clinical One, you may report these concerns directly to the Joint Commission.
