Account Executive/Manager, Travel Division
Location: Wakefield, MA
Clinical One is currently seeking an Account Manager/Executive. This position is salary + commission with the ability to earn $50-65,000 in your first year with exponential growth in subsequent years.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify, target and develop new business in hospitals.
- Work with recruiters to submit candidates, promote interviews and solicit offers, generate placements and follow through with key completion tasks to insure quality relationships and success in the accounts you have established.
- Proactively develop and manage existing relationships with a diverse client mix within health care field (Hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, school systems, allied health systems, correctional facilities, etc.).
- Negotiation of new contracts, update existing staffing agreements (contracts/addendum's). Manage hospitals that have been assigned.
- Maintain at least 250 calls minimum each week.
- Promote and implement interdivisional communication to further increase production amongst all of Clinical One's business lines.
- Sell to various grouping of decision-makers from line managers to "C level" executives within existing accounts.
- Sell/promote GMS/Vlookingional Accounts - services within existing accounts.
- Client and trade show visits when appropriate and deemed necessary.
- Increase market share within existing group of accounts. The goal is for Clinical One to be striving to be #1 in quality, delivery and service.
- Allocate 10% of time spent towards proactive recruitment efforts - direct mining of resumes to aid in the recruitment effort and overall fulfillment of jobs posted within your accounts.
- Market candidates that are looking for positions in your existing accounts.
- Scheduled meetings with the Account Executive for updates on accounts the Account Executive handed over.
- Assigned presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
- Strong communication/phone skills
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to build internal and external relationships

Administrative Coordinator, Referencing
Location: Wakefield, MA
Clinical One is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work as a full time member of the Referencing/Administration team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, outgoing, up for a challenge, and is looking to build a long term career.
Position Description:
- Responsible for the Admissions process. Daily activities to include: referencing candidates, calling candidates to collect missing application information, evaluating employment history, and skills assessments.
- Entering all information into our internal database.
- Calling Hospitals to obtain references on candidates.
- The hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (prefer college degree)
- At least one year of relevant customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Recruiter, Per Diem
Location: Braintree and Worcester, MA and Providence, RI
Position Purpose:
The Recruitment Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are focused on the proactive recruiting and interviewing of temporary healthcare candidates for staffing/placement within Clinical One client companies.
Essential Functions:
- Have the flexibility to identify and respond quickly to changes in priorities.
- Generate new candidates (meeting minimum weekly quotas) by using all possible recruitment methods. Examples include: direct sourcing, internet mining, database searches, call lists, direct mail, networking etc…
- Maximize use of existing database by meeting and exceeding weekly reactivation goals.
- Answer ad response calls and pre-qualify temporary applicants.
- Verification of applicant credentials in conjunction with QA department.
- Administer testing of applicants, if appropriate, for skills evaluation.
- Conduct new employee orientation.
- Complete all required reports (with accurate info.) on a timely basis.
- Margin achievement consistent with established business goals/budget.
- Assist with payroll process on a weekly basis.
- Provide coverage as needed in the areas of scheduling/staffing and client interaction.

Housing Coordinator, Part-Time/Temp to Perm
Location: Wakefield, MA
- Conduct routine housing searches for travelers according to their personal needs and requests.
- Secure housing within budget for travelers in a timely manner.
- Maintain traveler from hello call through move out. This includes resolving any issues that may occur during the traveler’s tenancy including but not limited to problems regarding maintenance, furniture, utilities, etc.
- Continually negotiate rents and lease terms with complexes.
- Market our business to complexes/realtors to obtain housing options.
- Enforce housing policies to maintain consistency of housing that is offered to all travelers.
- Assist the Housing Department to run more efficiently and offer better customer service to travelers and internal departments.
- Conduct budget search for all budgets requested by sales and respond to sales within 24 hours of request using budget template in Bullhorn.
- Complete all special projects assigned by Manager of Housing in a timely manner.

Recruiter, Travel Division
Location: Austin, TX and West Springfield, MA
Clinical One is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to work out of our Austin, TX/ West Springfield, MA office. Working for Clinical One, you’ll not only be part of a challenging and fun company, but also the exciting industry of healthcare staffing. We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual with prior recruitment or sales experience who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the recruitment, placement, and maintenance of traveling healthcare professionals on contracts nationwide. Our business is conducted primarily via telephone and therefore minimal to no travel is required. Strong communication and customer service/problem solving skills and an interest in growing their career with our expanding company are essential. Our industry is attractive due to the healthcare workforce shortage, and therefore the successful candidate will have excellent candidate sourcing and negotiation skills and should be comfortable operating in a highly competitive marketplace.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
- Dividing time on a daily basis between recruiting/mining resumes from internet sources, generating referrals, and working with new leads with a goal of building, increasing, and maintaining a qualified candidate pool.
- Educating potential candidates on our traveling healthcare professional program and benefits.
- Evaluating and assessing potential candidates for qualification and suitability for acceptance into our traveling healthcare professional program.
- Presenting and selling open assignments (job postings) to candidates based upon our needs, their qualifications and preferences.
- Full “closing” responsibilities for all candidates who are extended an offer by our clients. This includes coming to an agreement with the candidate on an entire compensation and benefits package and obtaining their firm acceptance of the offer.
- Continuing to serve as the primary contact person for the healthcare professional throughout their Clinical One career. Be available to answer any questions they may have, including payroll, housing, or benefit questions.
- Troubleshooting or problem solving when necessary. This can include counseling or terminating healthcare professionals.
