Location: Providence, RI

Clinical One's Cranston, Rhode Island office is currently seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the local per diem staffing division. The Per Diem Division fills flexible day-to-day shifts across New England on a 24/7 basis, offering the most flexible and cost-effective solutions to meet clients daily and short-term staffing needs.

Position Description:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective management, budgetary planning and compliance (including profitability) of an assigned branch office.This includes overall responsibility for:

• Achieving profit results consistent with established budget
• Effective management and supervision of all internal staff
• Implementation of a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth, thereby increasing market share and operating profits.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
• Strong communication/phone skills
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to build internal and external relationships
