Greg is the Executive Vice President of Randstad's Healthcare and Life Sciences division, which includes the following companies: Clinical One, Locum Medical Group, and Delta Pharma. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and direction of the entire division and for shaping its future success. In addition, he has played a major role in the development of Randstad's worldwide strategy for the healthcare sector, and he is directly responsible for implementation and execution of the group's goals within the US marketplace.
Greg got his start in the staffing industry in 1988 and co-founded Clinical One in 1993, first under the Select Appointments umbrella and later (1999), under Vedior. He has assumed managerial and executive positions within Clinical One during the past 15 years and now holds executive level responsibility within Randstad's Healthcare and Life Science division. This includes overseeing merger and acquisition activity, P&L management and revenue generation. Greg is active in many associations within the healthcare industry and has been quoted in publications such as the International Review of Employment, Staffing Industry Analysts and Modern Healthcare.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

Cynthia Kinnas

Cynthia oversees the day to day operations of our National Healthcare Division, which offers travel, temporary, and permanent placement contracts nationwide to healthcare professionals. Having begun her career as a healthcare recruiter, Cynthia is acutely aware of the challenges both healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals face during staffing shortages. Her focus is ensuring that exceptional support is being provided to deliver high quality service to our clients and candidates so that they can focus on delivering optimal patient care.
Cynthia is highly regarded in the healthcare staffing industry and her comments and insight and regularly sought out by national healthcare publications and industry associations. Cynthia has been quoted in industry publications including, Staffing Industry Analysts, Healthcare Traveler magazine and Group Practice Journal. She has also presented at industry events including the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Healthcare Staffing Summits.
Cynthia received a BA in International Relations from U.S. International University-Europe in the United Kingdom in 1988 and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

Melissa Knybel, RN, BSN

Melissa is the Director of Operations at Clinical One and responsible for the overall management of the Administration, Accounting, Quality Assurance, and Housing departments. One of her biggest successes was achieving Joint Commission certification for Health Care Staffing Services in April 2005 for the Travel and Case Management divisions, and then company-wide certification in May 2006. In addition to working closely with all of the Operations managers, Melissa also coordinates technology development and improvement projects, evaluates and monitors all workers compensation claims and medical malpractice issues, works with the Legal department to evaluate client contracts, and provides oversight to Human Resources on all legal personnel issues.
Melissa has over 8 years of experience in the medical staffing industry and over ten years of clinical nursing experience. Prior to joining Clinical One, Melissa was employed as a Registered Nurse working in a variety of settings including a level one trauma center, a community hospital setting, and as an instructor for an Associates Degree RN Program. Her experience includes Intensive and Cardiac Care Units, Emergency Department, Recovery Room, Radiology, as well as a Clinical Instructor. Her clinical nursing experience has proven to be a major asset to her position as Director of Operations for Clinical One.
Melissa received a Diploma in Nursing from Baystate Medical Center School of Nursing and went on to receive her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, graduating as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the national honor society for nurses.

Donna Dragon
Director, Per Diem Division

Donna serves as the Director of Clinical One’s Per Diem Division, where she brings over 15 years of experience in the medical staffing industry. In October of 2000 Donna launched the Rhode Island Per Diem branch for New Boston. The company later merged with Clinical One, at which point she helped grow the firm into one of the top three healthcare staffing companies in the state.
Today, Donna is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Per Diem division, and laying the foundation for the division’s future growth. She manages a staff in several offices across New England, and oversees the successful placement of candidates in flexible, short-term assignments. Other duties include new business development, training, marketing, and recruitment. Donna is currently enrolled in "The Executive Development Program" at Bryant University in order to continue her professional development.
