At any point in time, should you have concerns regarding patient safety or the quality of care provided by a facility or a complaint about Clinical One, you may report these concerns directly to the Joint Commission. A complaint may be filed directly with the Joint Commission through their online complaint form or email directly at: complaint@jointcommission.org.
